Cancer Causing Agent LIST

(see our Health Food Blog under “Truth” Category for the Remedies and Prevention lists or click here: https://freehelpinghands.wordpress.com/2010/09/19/top-12-health-foods-for-illness-prevention/)

Upon discovering yet another loved one fighting cancer, I started writing a letter of comfort and found myself wondering if there was a complete list of cancer causing products, ingredients and or chemicals. I could not find one I was satisfied with so I put this one together.

Alcohol

Having more than two drinks each day for many years may increase the chance of developing cancers of the mouth, throat, esophagus, larynx, liver, and breast. The risk increases with the amount of alcohol that a person drinks. For most of these cancers, the risk is higher for a drinker who uses tobacco.

Aristolochic Acids

Botanical products containing aristolochic acids have been used in traditional herbal medicine as antirheumatics, as diuretics, in the treatment of edema, in wound healing, in obstetrics (to facilitate childbirth), and for other conditions such as hemorrhoids, cough, and asthma. Aristolochic acids have been detected in plants of both the Aristolochia (notably A. clematitis, A. contorta, A. debilis, A. fangchi, A. indica, A. manshuriensis, and A. serpentaria) and Asarum genera of the family Aristolochiaceae.

Captafol
Captafol is a fungicide that has been widely used since 1961 for the control of fungal diseases in fruits, vegetables and some other plants. Use of captafol in the United States was banned in 1999.

Chemicals

Many studies have shown that exposure to asbestos, benzene, benzidine, cadmium, nickel, or vinyl chloride in the workplace can cause cancer.

Cobalt-Tungsten Carbide Powders and Hard Metals

Hard-metals are manufactured by a process of powder metallurgy from tungsten and carbon (tungsten carbide), and small amounts of other metallic compounds using cobalt as a binder. Hard metals are used to make cutting and grinding tools, dies, and wear products for a broad spectrum of industries including oil and gas drilling, and mining.

Di (2-ethylhexyl) phthalate (DEHP)

DEHP is mainly used as a plasticizer in polyvinyl chloride (PVC) resins for fabricating flexible vinyl products. PVC resins have been used to manufacture toys, dolls, vinyl upholstery, tablecloths and many other products.

Etoposide in combination with cisplatin and bleomycin (Teniposide)

Etoposide is a DNA topoisomerase II inhibitor used in chemotherapy for non-Hodgkin’s lymphoma, small-cell lung cancer, testicular cancer, lymphomas and a variety of childhood malignances. Variations used to treat testicular germ cell cancers and leukemia.

Fluoridation

Adding fluoride to our drinking water is causing cancer. This seriously depresses the ability of white blood cells to destroy pathogenic cancer causing agents. http://forum.prisonplanet.com/index.php?topic=125967.0;wap2

Formaldehyde
Formaldehyde is primarily used in the production of resins that are used in the production of many different products including plastics, adhesives and binders for wood products, pulp and paper, synthetic fibers, and in textile finishing. It is also used as a disinfectant and preservative and as an inter-mediate for many industrial chemicals.

Glass Wool Fibers

The major uses of glass wool are in thermal, electrical, and acoustical insulation, weatherproofing, and filtration media. In 1980, approximately 80% of the glass wool produced for structural insulation was used in houses. Some glass wool fibers (special purpose fibers) are used for high-efficiency air filtration media, and acid battery separators.

Health

People who have a poor diet, do not have enough physical activity, or are overweight may be at increased risk of several types of cancer. For example, studies suggest that people whose diet is high in fat have an increased risk of cancers of the colon, uterus, and prostate. Lack of physical activity and being overweight are risk factors for cancers of the breast, colon, esophagus, kidney, and uterus. Choose a diet rich in fruits and vegetables.

Hormones

Diethylstilbestrol (DES), a form of estrogen, was given to some pregnant women in the United States between about 1940 and 1971. Women who took DES during pregnancy may have a slightly higher risk of developing breast cancer. Their daughters have an increased risk of developing a rare type of cancer of the cervix. The possible effects on their sons are under study.

Lead

Lead is used to make lead-acid storage batteries, ammunition, and cable
coverings. Lead compounds are used in paint, glass and ceramics, fuel
additives, and in some ethnic and ceremonial cosmetics.

Meat

MeIQ, MeIQx, and PhIP are heterocyclic amine compounds formed when meats
and eggs are cooked or grilled at high temperatures. These compounds are
also found in cigarette smoke.

Metalworking Fluids

Metal working fluids are complex mixtures that may contain mixtures of oil, emulsifiers, anti-weld agents, corrosion inhibitors, extreme pressure additives, buffers biocides and other additives. They are used to cool and lubricate tools and working surfaces in a variety of industrial machining and grinding operations.

Naphthalene

Naphthalene is used as an intermediate in the synthesis of many
industrial chemicals, and has been used as an ingredient in some moth
repellants and toilet bowl deodorants.

Nitromethane

Nitromethane is used in specialized fuels, explosives, and in the
synthesis of pharmaceuticals and agricultural chemicals.

ortho-Nitrotoluene

ortho-Nitrotoluene is used to synthesize agricultural and rubber chemicals, azo and sulfur dyes, and dyes for cotton, wool, silk, leather, and paper.

Riddelliine

Riddelliine is found in a class of plants growing in western United States. Cattle, horses and sheep ingest these toxic plants. Residues have been found in, milk, and honey.

Soda (aspartame)

Contributes to kidney cancer as it destroys kidney function.

Styrene

Styrene is used in the production of polystyrene, acrylonitrile-butadiene-styrene resins, styrene-butadiene rubbers and latexes, and unsaturated polystyrene resins.

Sunlight (Ionizing radiation)

Ionizing radiation can cause cell damage that leads to cancer. This kind of radiation comes from rays that enter the Earth’s atmosphere from outer space, radioactive fallout, radon gas, x-rays, and other sources.

Tobacco

(see blogs.myspace.com/TimFrentz for full cancerous ingredient list related to tobacco)

Viruses and bacteria

Being infected with certain viruses or bacteria may increase the risk of developing cancer:

Human papillomaviruses (HPVs): HPV infection is the main cause of cervical cancer. It also may be a risk factor for other types of cancer.
Hepatitis B and hepatitis C viruses: Liver cancer can develop after many years of infection with hepatitis B or hepatitis C.
Human T-cell leukemia/lymphoma virus (HTLV-1): Infection with HTLV-1 increases a person’s risk of lymphoma and leukemia.
Human immunodeficiency virus (HIV): HIV is the virus that causes AIDS. People who have HIV infection are at greater risk of cancer, such as lymphoma and a rare cancer called Kaposi’s sarcoma.
Epstein-Barr virus (EBV): Infection with EBV has been linked to an increased risk of lymphoma.
Human herpesvirus 8 (HHV8): This virus is a risk factor for Kaposi’s sarcoma.
Helicobacter pylori: This bacterium can cause stomach ulcers. It also can cause stomach cancer and lymphoma in the stomach lining.

Dear Friends;

I’ve been in Hawaii and the LA area focusing on my writing so I can get the book to publishers. Until I get my efforts noticed by someone with deep pockets, I will not be able to make as large of an impact as I want in people’s lives. The internet and phone is great for me to at least help people with moral support when I am too far away. You can email me here or call/text me anytime you need to talk 402.540.0544.

The topic of health and cancer is the most important to me, so my reply is long winded! Now that you have approached me, here is a bit of what I wanted to share with you.

I went through this with my dad 5 years ago and the experience has been the driving factor behind my efforts to dedicate my time towards helping others. Cancer causing agents are all around us. The percentage of people diagnosed with forms of cancer are increasing every time reports are updated. There are ingredients/chemicals in certain foods, milk, gases etc. that contribute to cancerous cells. Here are links to lists of the details.

I’m keeping a list that I will update every time I find a new source of cancerous ingredients. The list will be on my blog. Here is a link to a forum that lists many links to organic treatments.

In my father’s case, the cancer started in his lung’s from smoking the cancer laced cigs and had spread throughout his body and brain before being diagnosed. My father had <10% chance of surviving chemo, <1% chance of remission and I talked to him about choosing organic treatements instead. For 10 years I had asked my father to excercise, eat healthy and quit smoking and he never even tried. So when this day came, I was prepared and ready. The cig companies chemicals had him so addicted and out of energy that HE HAD NO WILL OR DESIRE to fight.

If my father couldn’t fight for his life, I wanted to at least fight the cig companies for him and make them pay. I focused on spending time with my dad. I stayed by his side through treatments and Dr. visits. I slept by his side or he stayed at my place and my spare moments were spent contacting people to help me file a wrongful death lawsuit against the cig companies. By 2005, all lawsuits of this nature were being dismissed. Everywhere I looked, I found stories of how the judges had been paid off by the corporations lobbyists and no one was accepting these lawsuits into their courts any longer. My father didn’t survive 30 days after his first chemo therapy.

As I buried my father, I turned my attention to my mother. I expected her to take this experience and immediately change. I spent weeks after the funeral with my mom and she didn’t seem to have any thought about changing. The chemicals are just too powerful for most people. Anyone who over comes a cig addiction, is truly a very strong minded person. They literally have to be locked up in a rehab facility. I could not get through to my mom as far as quitting the cigs! The next best thing I could do is focus on her diet and exercise. She was willing to eat healthy, we got her smoking outside only or one dedicated room inside, we got her to walk more and we got her to spend more time doing outside projects like gardening.

Her smoking is still too painful for me. I can not visit home very often because her and my brothers all do not care as much about their health as they should. I will have to bury all of them someday and I run from the pain because they are all I have left. I live away from them so the thought of their neglect to their body avoids me. We all have to deal in our own way.
