Here are the basics of the CARES Emergency Relief Act

I am receiving tons of messages asking for help blazing a trail through the relief programs so this blog will continue to be updated every time I answer a new question.

How Covid 19 has Affected me?
I started the year with high hopes. We had a medium size build and January was normal but then in Feb. my partner panicked from the virus and he choose to withhold my pay. I can’t blame him. The world is a survival of the fittest society more than ever now.
Basically I’m seeing this everywhere I look because people have panicked and they don’t know which way we are going to go from day to day.

For the same reason, I had two deals scheduled that have postponed their remodels and no one is showing any interest in scheduling free remodel consults.
My publishing and art orders are way down. And we have not had any donations to the foundation. We dare not even ask for funding over $100 until this is resolved.

Our shop sales decreased week to week and now there is a Mandatory Lock down so there will be no sales income until that is lifted.The STAY AT HOME ORDER was just activated for our counties and all the major city counties initiated this or are initiating it shortly. FOOD or work related travel only.

One positive out of this is that my computer consults are increasing. I am preparing a few advertisements to make up for the remodeling shortage.

I am also having more time to focus on my self care, wellness, gardening, art creation, house/vehicle chores and writing etc.


Here are the answers to the CARES ACT and stimulus questions. Keep asking and I will keep updating.

$600 plus your states weekly unemployment amount

Section 2102 (II) Explains:
Covered Individuals INCLUDE:
(II) is self-employed, is seeking part-time employment, does not have sufficient work history, or otherwise would not qualify for regular unemployment or extended benefits under State or Federal law or pandemic emergency unemployment compensation under section 2107 and meets the requirements of subclause (I)


DISASTER UNEMPLOYMENT ASSISTANCE program (File with your state office)
Everyone gets at least 13 weeks, along with the extra $600 payment.
Self-employed workers will also be eligible for the additional $600 weekly benefit provided by the federal government.

FAMILY CARE STIMULUS (File your taxes today!)
$1200 ea. plus $500 per kid deposits are being processed and deposited within 3-4 weeks for those who have filed taxes or file ASAP.

Section 4023: Interest FREE / Penalty FREE Loan Forbearance of Residential Mortgage
Mortgage payments and thus existing rent payments are to be suspended for 30 days and can be extended up to 2 additional 30 day periods interest & penalty free. The borrower just needs to write their loan officer and explain Covid19 has put their tennants or selves out of work and into a financial hardship. LOAN HOLDERS MUST CALL and request the 30 day extension prior to the 30 day expiration OF EACH FORBEARANCE PERIOD. Loans are simply extended as if this forbearance period never existed.

FOR LOAN HOLDERS: IF your loan officer gives you any trouble, get it in writing from an email with them and then I can help you get it higher up the ladder for approval.

Eviction efforts are outlawed as explained in 4023 (d) until the forbearance expires.

*In addition, most of the utility and phone companies have informed customers that their payments can be suspended without disruption of service, fee’s and interest.

IF you have children, you just declare that you have to stay home to home school and provide daycare and this protects you by law from loan payments, rent and from being fired from employment. There are plenty of other reasons COVID19 has caused us economic hardship so the eligibility requirements are extremely vague.

ANOTHER frustrating #EastTexas moment today….. First stakeout of the year… thankfully I avoided having it escalate to a full blown #ShakeDown
Being a wellness trainer and health educator in the heart of an oil loving, meth addicted, under educated land of traditional thinkers makes me appear a threat often here.
I’m a fairly large muscular male with a shaved head which at first glance can strike fear in some that are scared easily. To others my physique may be less feared and more attractive but my actions result in a “concerned citizen call” to the local PD. Sometimes it is for wearing clothing with radical renewable, organic thinking messages or hemp emblems on my vehicles, or individual non christian thinking ideologies on my literature or sometimes it is just for not having much of anything on or with me while being in a public park near children!
It is so frustrating that very few people here do outdoor fitness activities. So few that when people do see me or a few of my friends while we are doing bar workouts, the majority think we are mentally unstable or dangerous in some other manor so their first instinct is to report us to the police.
Today this happened again to me while doing a bar routine in the park. Mostly it is women who see men near a playground as a threat to their children. I get that. But those of you guilty of letting fear instantly over power your ability to assess the full situation and innocent intent of a stranger need to calm the f* down! Count to 100 backwards and meditate while you take in the big picture. The fear driven by fictional drama’s shows on television needs to be boxed up.
I had to restructure my workout while a local officer had to spend critical time away from helping people with real emergencies to run license plates on all the cars in the parking lot. I was ready to leave but he had a duty to stake out the scene for an extra 20 minutes and I could not approach my vehicle because the dirty headlight gave him “due cause” to harass me and shake me down for my ID and search my private property and vehicle and then site me with as many fines as he saw fit. Instead of using his time to self educate on pandemic procedures he had to circle the block and hide around corners hoping I would approach a vehicle for another 20 minutes.
I had to use the extra 40 minutes to continue additional sprints and other cardio instead of going to do my swim workout and read a book at the lake. I took the opportunity to introduce myself to the mother before leaving. It was clear from the first moment she arrived that she was the concerned citizen. I saw her pull her children back as they first approached the opposite side of the playground. She immediately lifted her phone and made a call and I knew the next hour of my day was going to be tense. She left the park earlier while clearly talking to the PD and then returned once the patrol arrived.
As I approached her fear had already been subdued by the PD and she gave me a half smile as I introduced myself as a local mission leader, wellness instructor and author. She was quick to apologize for reporting me and asked me to forgive her for causing me duress. The officer she spoke too apparently was one that was familiar with my community contributions. Her children quickly intervened to ask about my workout and my stories. I asked her to be more patient when assessing the situation in the future and to consider altering her approach on teaching her children lessons of fear and we departed ways as friends.
Once the officer finally did leave and I was able to rush to the lake, I could not shake off this stake out stress enough to concentrate on my reading so I returned back to this keyboard, sharing yet another stake out story.

About the Author

Tim Frentz (T) is an artist, eco activist, gardener, soccer player, business consultant, fitness trainer, author and practitioner of Yoga who recorded his spiritual journey in this new age work “the Helping Hands Spirit” and a comic book series called “the ventures of HELPING HANDS”.

He was reborn in Grand Island, Nebraska USA in 1977. His early autobiography was first published in 2012, seven years after the death of his father whom inspired T to leave home and give himself to causes in urgent need.

T describes how his experiences inspired him to trade in his possessions and hit the road. Several times he was robbed of resources but instead of relying on a flawed legal system to recover his losses, T accepts it as a lesson from his former guru’s.

This early autobiography shares T’s early life in the central United States, his college days at the University of Nebraska, visits to spiritual communities, meetings with various saints, his training of disciple volunteers, T’s building of the Helping Hands Network, his time helping causes in need and his steps to become a new age yogi.

T brings a new age meditation method known as “Creative Meditation” into the light. This is achieved through combining traditional meditational practice with the act of artistic expression and creation. He is known for his wood sculpting and other art which is largely created during a meditative state.

What does enlightenment mean to you? Below I am listing some detailed examples of what it means to me.

Some cultures put more emphasis on the philosophy then others. Some cultures just have a modified version with a different name.

Regardless of where you are in the world, you will find beings on the path of enlightenment. If keywords like peace, love, kindness, forgiveness, health, fitness, nature, knowledge and so on key your attention, then you are on the Enlightenment path.

If you choose to reach further and attain a higher state of enlightenment, this guide is for you.


First, you must care for your self above all else. Your body, spirit and mind are the temple that you build your enlightenment upon and they need to be strong in order to shine your light onto others.

Internally you need to be knowledgeable of the science of breathing. The yin of human life requires oxygenated air aprox. every 4 minutes, water every 4 days and nutritional energy within aprox. 4 weeks to live. By the life law of yin, this means breathing is the most powerful form of enlightenment.

Those who have reached the highest levels of enlightenment, do so by mastering ancient breathing meditation techniques. Read “The Science of Breath” by Ramacharaka for detailed guides on how to use breath to reverse illness and many others benefits. Contact me for a free copy.

A healthy human body is over 60% water. Hydration health and nutritional diet are the next most important paths to enlightenment. Drinking at least 64 ounces of pure fluids daily is needed by the average human to maintain maximum health levels. A proper intake of fluids is needed to digest the solid food nutrients that follow.

The oldest of human artifacts and ancient scriptures support the claims that humans are meant to be herbivores. Plant based diets not only achieve a higher level of health enlightenment, but they also provide a solution to some of the world’s biggest evils. The “animals for food and resources” industry is the root of deforestation, the extinction of animals, animal cruelty and many more evils blocking the path to enlightenment. If you want more help getting over an addiction to meat, just watch some of Louie Psihoyos’ films like “Racing Extinction”.   I can get you copies of any of these films you like. It is not just about food consumption either. The slaughter of living creatures is also taking place to provide you with beauty products and medicine and much more. Researching the ingredients of products and refusing to support anything living being based is a major step up on your path.

Moving on, let’s talk muscular and circulatory enlightenment. All around fitness is crucial to happiness and other enlightened emotions. Physical forms of yoga, weight lifting, cardio, Reiki, massage and such have the power to transcend you to a new level. I escape the material world every few months to focus on these methods. Living outside of a temple in a modern day industrialized nation like the United States makes it very hard to maintain or increase your physical enlightenment. Frequent trips to solitude are needed to reset and vanquish the clutter blocking your path. But in the mean time, while you are caught in the rat race, do some random tummy tucks/push ups/squats and such throughout your day to stay balanced. If you are shy and concerned with what those around you will think, then you are failing to surround yourself with other enlightenment seekers and this will only block your path.

Beyond the physical, think about how you spend your time. Are you volunteering and helping contribute to enlightened causes around you? Are you spending the daylight by unplugging and venturing to enjoy hobbies outdoors? Do you think about how your actions affect the world and do your enlightened best? Simple actions like recycling, growing your own food and harnessing your own energy can change the world for the better over night if enough of us do it!

Treasure your freedom and defend it through these enlightened methods. Live in the moment; appreciate life like it is ending today! Grasp every second like you are on a vacation and the end is near, because it really is closer than we sometimes realize!

75% of Americans are chronically dehydrated. (Likely applies to half the world population)

In 37% of Americans, the thirst mechanism is so weak that it is mistaken for hunger.

Even MILD dehydration will slow down one’s metabolism as 3%.

One glass of water will shut down midnight hunger pangs for almost 100% of the dieters studied in a University of Washington   study.

Lack of water, the #1 trigger of daytime fatigue.

Preliminary research indicates that 8-10 glasses of water a day could significantly ease back and joint pain for up to 80% of sufferers.

A mere 2% drop in body water can trigger fuzzy short-term memory, trouble with basic math, and difficulty focusing on the computer screen or on a printed page.

Drinking 5 glasses of water daily decreases the risk of colon cancer by 45%, plus it can slash the risk of breast cancer by 79%., and one is 50% less likely to develop bladder cancer. Are you drinking the amount of water you should drink every day?


In many states the highway patrol carries two gallons of Coke in the trunk to remove blood from the highway after a car accident.

You can put a T-bone steak in a bowl of Coke and it will be gone in two days.

To clean a toilet: Pour a can of Coca-Cola into the toilet bowl and let the ‘real thing’ sit for one hour, then flush clean. The citric acid in Coke removes stains from vitreous China .

To remove rust spots from chrome car bumpers: Rub the bumper with a rumpled-up piece of Reynolds Wrap aluminum foil dipped in Coca-Cola.

To clean corrosion from car battery terminals: Pour a can of Coca-Cola over the terminals to bubble away the corrosion.

To loosen a rusted bolt: Apply a cloth soaked in Coca-Cola to the rusted bolt for several minutes.

To bake a moist ham: Empty a can of Coca-Cola into the baking pan, wrap the ham in aluminum foil, and bake. Thirty minutes before ham is finished, remove the foil, allowing the drippings to mix with the Coke for a sumptuous brown gravy.

To remove grease from clothes: Empty a can of Coke into the load of greasy clothes, add detergent, and run through a regular cycle. The Coca-Cola will help loosen grease stains. It will also clean road haze from your windshield.


the active ingredient in Coke is phosphoric acid. It will dissolve a nail in about four days. Phosphoric acid also leaches calcium from bones and is a major contributor to the rising increase of osteoporosis.

To carry Coca-Cola syrup! (the concentrate) the commercial trucks must use hazardous Material place cards reserved for highly corrosive materials.

The distributors of Coke have been using it to clean engines of the trucks for about 20 years!

Processed Foods are Massive Rip-Offs

While trying to list every single food that’s a complete rip-off would result in a very thick book, I firmly believe it’s safe to say that virtually all processed snacks and the majority of processed, pre-packaged meals are a massive waste of money. These types of foods consist mainly of fillers and additives, and very few actual nutrients. So while Funyuns made it onto Yahoo Health’s list of rip-offs, I can’t think of a single chip or puffed snack that doesn’t belong on that list.

The same goes for virtually all breakfast cereals, whether they have cartoons on the box or not. Most cereals are frightfully high in sugar, and any nutrients they boast are in the form of suboptimal synthetic additives, or worse.

For example, iron fortified cereals can contain actual iron filings, which is a far cry from the bioavailable iron you get from iron-rich vegetables like spinach. If you haven’t seen this eye-opening demonstration of what’s really in that fortified breakfast cereal, take a look now—you’ll probably never buy another box of cereal again, and rightfully so.

Organic Rip-Offs

I do agree with the contention that some organic foods are rip-offs, when their conventional counterparts are already grown using low amounts of pesticides and the food in question must be peeled anyway, such as bananas.

The Environmental Working Group is a reliable source when trying to decide on what to buy organic. According to their latest 2010 pesticide review, the following 12 foods rank as the most pesticide-free produce, even when conventionally-grown, so you can save a few bucks by opting for the conventionally-grown version of these:

Onions Avocados Watermelon
Pineapple Mango Frozen sweet peas
Asparagus Kiwi Cabbage
Eggplant Cantaloupe

Frozen sweet corn was on the list above but I’ve removed it to avoid confusion. I do NOT recommend consuming non-organic corn and even organic corn should be consumed sparingly.

The foods you want to splurge on by buying organic are foods that have permeable or edible skins, and/or that are conventionally grown with higher amounts of pesticides. Based on the EWG’s report, the top 12 foods to buy organic include:

Grapes Potatoes Kale / Collard greens
Cherries Spinach Sweet bell peppers
Nectarines Blueberries Apples
Strawberries Peaches Celery

Another major organic rip-off is organic milk. Because while organic milk must come from a cow that hasn’t been fed artificial growth hormones or pesticide-laden feed, they’re not necessarily pastured, or grass-fed cows. And worst of all organic milk (unless RAW) is still pasteurized, which destroys vital nutrients.

High-Value Foods

Unpasteurized (raw) grass-fed milk — Raw organic milk from grass-fed cows contains both beneficial fats, bacteria that boost your immune system, and a number of vitamins, minerals and enzymes. Although raw milk availability is limited in the US, depending on where you live, you can locate the source closest to you at

Whey protein — Even if you don’t have access to raw milk, you can use a high-quality whey protein derived from the milk of grass-fed cows to receive much of the same health benefits. Whey protein contains beta-glucans and immunoglobulins, which protect your immune system and support your body’s natural detoxification processes.

Fermented foods — One of the most healthful fermented foods is kefir — an ancient cultured, enzyme-rich food full of friendly microorganisms that balance your “inner ecosystem” and strengthen immunity. Besides kefir, other good fermented foods include natto, kimchee, miso, tempeh, pickles, sauerkraut, and olives.

Raw organic eggs from pastured chickens – Raw, free-range eggs are an inexpensive and amazing source of high-quality nutrients that many people are deficient in, especially high-quality protein and fat. To find free-range pasture farms, try your local health food store, or go to or

Grass-fed beef or organ meats – Grass-fed beef is very high in vitamins A, B12 and E, omega-3 fats, beta carotene, zinc and the potent immune system enhancer CLA (conjugated linoleic acid, a fatty acid). But don’t confuse “organic” with grass-fed, since many organically raised cows are still fed organic corn, which you don’t want. However, most grass-fed cows are raised organically.

Coconut oil — Besides being excellent for your thyroid and your metabolism, coconut oil is rich in lauric acid, which converts in your body to monolaurin – a compound also found in breast milk that strengthens a baby’s immunity.

Its medium chain fatty acids, or triglycerides (MCT’s) also impart a number of health benefits, including raising your body’s metabolism and fighting off pathogens such as viruses, bacteria and fungi. Make sure you choose an organic coconut oil that is unrefined, unbleached, made without heat processing or chemicals, and does not contain GM ingredients.

Berries Blueberries and raspberries rate very high in antioxidant capacity compared to other fruits and vegetables. They are also lower in fructose than many other fruits.

Broccoli – Broccoli contains the highest amount of isothiocyanates, a cancer-fighting compound, of all the crunchy vegetables. Studies have shown that just 10 spears a week (5 servings) can make a difference in your health.

Chlorella –This single-cell freshwater algae acts as an efficient detoxification agent by binding to toxins (most of which promote chronic inflammation), such as mercury, and carrying them out of your system. The chlorophyll in the chlorella helps you process more oxygen, cleanses your blood and promotes the growth and repair of your tissues. Tea – As for beverages, clean pure water is a must for optimal health, but if you want another beverage, a good choice with added health benefits is high quality herbal teas.

Matcha tea is the most nutrient-rich green tea and comes in the form of a stone-ground powder, completely unfermented. The best Matcha comes from Japan and has up to 17 times the antioxidants of wild blueberries, and seven times more than dark chocolate. Tulsi is another tea loaded with antioxidants and other micronutrients that support immune function and heart health.

Krill Oil—Krill oil is the only dietary supplement that makes it to this list, and that’s only because the ideal food source for these essential omega-3 fats has been destroyed by widespread pollution. The dangers of eating fish simply outweigh the benefits due to the toxic mercury levels they now contain, with very few exceptions.

Antarctic krill oil is a pure marine oil loaded with powerful antioxidants and omega-3 oils, with NO heavy metal contamination.

6. Water regulates your metabolism so if you’re overweight chances are you may need
more water.

7. Water balances body temperature.

8. Water helps to ensure adequate electrical functioning so your brain and nervous system
function properly. Your brain and nervous system send out electrical signals to function properly. Researchers estimate that your brain gives off about the same amount of electricity as a 60 watt light bulb. So, there’s some truth to the image of a light bulb going on when someone has a good idea.

9. Water alleviates dehydration (and I’ve already mentioned that most people are

chronically dehydrated).

10. Every cell and organ in your body requires adequate water to function properly.

So, one of the quickest and easiest ways to improve your health is to start drinking more pure water every day. Be sure to drink water an empty stomach or you’ll simply be diluting your digestive enzymes and making your digestion less effective.

And, choose purified water as much as possible (but get yourself a BPA-free water bottle
so you won’t pollute the planet with all those plastic water bottles. In wealthy, developed nations with plentiful access to water, we really have no excuses for not drinking enough water.

Yes, it has been 4 yrs. now that we have had our first guests at Nirvana- WOW!! We thank the Universal College of Healing Arts, located in Florence , for bringing us our first groups of lodgers! We are grateful they are still bringing us lodgers today! When we first opened, we did not even have a front yard- it was a deep canyon! One of our many miracles at Nirvana was to get a free front yard. The next year we put in our awesome 30’ waterfall- bringing the sounds of the Colorado mountains to Nirvana! Then, the next year, in went the ValleyView deck and pool. And, what will be the next addition??? I think the new Enlightenment Room, and perhaps another deck and shower- YEA!
