“the Helping Hands Spirit”

“Life Wisdom”

“Darts 101”

Timothy Jon Frentz (T) is a practitioner of Ashtanga & Iyengar Yoga who records his spiritual journey in the new age work “the Helping Hands Spirit” and a comic book series called “HELPING HANDS”. Born into a Lutheran Christian family, Frentz would quickly expand his beliefs to accept all peaceful religions. Over the years he felt a deep connection with Buddhism and Hinduism. Frentz accepts reincarnation and acknowledges his soul was reborn in Grand Island, NE from an ancient yogi spirit.

T’s early biography will first be published in 2019, fourteen years after the death of his father whom inspired him to leave home and give himself to causes in urgent need. A follow up edition will be released every 5 years. Frentz’s ambition to hide from attention is a great challenge in modern American society. He does very limited interviews and uses 3rd person literary forms when being asked about his life. Everything he does is intended to be as a collective team. Term’s such as “we” and “T” are meant to help others understand his goal to remain simple in the shadows.

T describes how his experiences inspired him to trade in possessions and hit the road. Several times robed of resources but instead of relying on a flawed legal system to recover loses, He believed it was a lesson to remove monetary influence from his life.

Frentz’s writings document his early life in central Nebraska, his college days at the University of Nebraska, visits to spiritual communities, meetings with various saintly spirits, training of volunteers, his building of the Helping Hands Network, time helping causes in need and his steps to become a new age yogi.

T’s spiritual teachings fit into two general categories: the yogin type which focus on the experience of “enlightened consciousness” and the traditional tribal type which focuses on strengthening the earth through natural living.

T teaches a new age form of meditation called, “Creative Meditation”. This is achieved through combining meditational practice with the act of artistic expression and creation. He is known for his wood carving and other jewelry art which is largely created during prayer.

T continues doing volunteer labor, publishing books & comics, teaching yoga & fitness, and will consider invitations to speak publicly in the United States. The Helping Hands Network is growing daily in the United States and continues to connect causes in need with thousands of resources through http://netvibes.com/HelpingHandsNet .
